Mr. Caracciolo has over 25 years of experience in senior management, financial management and operations management including 15 years as a turnaround management consultant for both Fortune 100 companies and privately held businesses. A highly skilled financial and business analyst, Patrick has a demonstrated ability to quickly assess a company’s financial position, prepare appropriate financial models, develop strategic alternatives, and implement a workable turnaround plan.

Patrick provides individualized consulting services to business owners including profit enhancement, liquidity management, cash flow analysis and management, product line profitability, workforce development and review, best practices implementation, and cost analysis.

Among his many senior management and turnaround consulting engagements, Mr. Caracciolo has served as Chief Restructuring Officer of firms with revenues exceeding $100 million, President of one of the largest title agencies for Chicago Title Insurance Company, and developed a national network of real estate and appraisal information providers. He has also served as a court appointed financial consultant in Chapter 128 Receiverships and as assignee in Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
